2011-2012 HUNTING SEASONS FOR EDWARDS COUNTY, TX:
WT DEER - Archery Season: Oct 1 -Nov. 4; General Season: Nov. 5-Jan. 1; Special Late General Season: Jan. 2-15, 2012 (antlerless and spike only). Bag Limit 5 (no more than 2 bucks, all seasons combined).
JAVELINA - No closed season, Limit 2 per license year.
SQUIRREL - No closed season, no bag limit.
TURKEY - Archery season, either sex (Oct. 1 - Nov. 4); Fall General Season, either sex (Nov. 4-Jan. 1); Spring Season, gobblers only (Mar. 17-Apr. 29, 2012). Bag limit 4 (all seasons combined).
EXOTICS - May be hunted year-round; either a resident or non-resident hunting license is required. Feral hogs are considered to be exotics.
